Biography
My name is Ted Deltour. I am a French-born artisan jeweler, graduate of the Jewelry School of Montreal and certified member of the Cultured Pearl Association of America.
For over twenty years, I have been designing one-of-a-kind boho chic jewelry — handmade pieces in solid 18K and 24K gold, cultured Tahitian and Australian pearls, rare stones, and premium kangaroo leather. Every piece is shaped, knotted, and assembled entirely by my hands. No team. No production line. No two pieces alike.
St. Barthélemy is where this journey began — and where Trésors de St Barth was born. The island, its light, its ocean, and its unhurried rhythm have shaped everything I create.
I am an endless traveler. I draw inspiration from the world's oceans, from the passing of time, from patina and texture, from ancient artifacts and bits of stardust fallen on earth. From every journey, I bring back treasures — rare beads, historical coins, stones with a story — and they find their way into the jewelry.
There are no two people alike, and I create in that spirit. Each piece is meant to find the person it belongs to — a perfectly imperfect pearl, a drifted-ashore fragment, a piece of solid gold that carries the mark of the hand that shaped it.
Desire nothing less than to find a resonance within yourself, and to carry it preciously — like a treasure.
