This is the simplest piece in the Trésors de St Barth gold collection, and sometimes the simplest is the hardest to get right. A single element in 18K solid gold, hand sculpted in wax and cast in our workshop, sits at the center of a premium kangaroo leather cord, knotted tight with traditional sailor knots. Nothing else competes for attention. Nothing else needs to.
The gold is 18K solid. Not plated, not filled, not vermeil. The bead is small, oval, and deliberately organic in shape. It carries the subtle irregularities of hand casting, the marks that distinguish something made by a person from something stamped by a machine. On the wrist, it catches light quietly, without flash, without show.

The pearl clasp version closes with a Tahitian black pearl, 9mm, threaded through a leather loop. Pearl and gold on either side of the leather, two natural materials framing the simplest possible bracelet. This version is $490.
The gold clasp version replaces the pearl with a second 18K solid gold element. Gold on gold, with nothing but leather between them. The purest expression of material and craft in the collection. This version is $850.
The kangaroo leather is hand rolled and conditioned for maximum suppleness. It will soften within days, conform to your wrist, and develop a warm patina over time. The bracelet is light enough to forget you are wearing it, and distinctive enough that someone will notice.
